Scope

These terms apply to the use of the Prospectable website and application. The service is intended exclusively for business users, not consumers.

The service

Prospectable supports the research and assessment of potential business contacts based on publicly available information. Assessments are decision aids and do not replace your own review.

Rights and obligations

• — You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the service within your own business.
• — Login credentials are confidential and must not be shared.
• — The content, notes and research you create remain yours.
• — We may continue to develop the application and adjust its features.

Acceptable use

• — No use that breaches applicable law, in particular data protection and competition law.
• — No automated scraping, circumvention of technical limits or overloading of our systems.
• — No resale or redistribution of results as a standalone data product.
• — You are responsible for making your own outreach lawful.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information obtained from public sources.

Term and termination

Beta use is free of charge and can be ended by either side at any time. Paid subscriptions run monthly and can be cancelled with effect from the end of the current billing period.

After termination we may delete your account and the associated data after a reasonable period.

Final provisions

German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
